We are so confident you will love our products, that we offer a unique and industry-leading 60 Day Returns Policy on all fabrics sold on our website (excluding Adam Ross Wholesale orders). This offers you complete peace of mind when ordering.

Faulty Goods

If we have sold you any faulty goods then we sincerely apologise that it has not passed our stringent quality assurance process. If you would like to return an item, please contact us via telephone or email for instructions. We recommend a tracked method of shipping. If you have any queries, please email info@adamrossfabrics.co.uk with the subject header “ cancellation and return request” or telephone 0330 998 0222. Please see the exceptions below.

Cancellation Where You Just Change Your Mind

Since June 2014, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Regulations”) apply to all purchases via a website regardless of any reason. We shall use the Regulations as the benchmark for our cancellation with respect to these types of cancellations. Schedule 3 of the Regulations set out the Model Instructions for exercising the Right to Cancel within the European Union. Adam Ross Fabrics go one step further though by allowing you complete cancellation within 60 days. Please get in contact with us and let us know what you’d like to return. Items must not be modified (cut to shape), used or washed, and be in the original packaging. If you have any queries, please email info@adamrossfabrics.co.uk with the subject header “ cancellation and return request” or telephone 0330 998 0222. Please see the exceptions below.

Returns and Refunds

1. A refund will not be issued for fraudulent returns as explained in our general terms and conditions.
2. Refunds will not be provided on Samples, whether faulty or not. Samples are provided as a test for colour, feel and look of the fabric and as such serve no other functional purpose.
3. Refunds will not be provided on e-gift cards.
4. Buyers will have to arrange return postage and cover any related charges. A tracked method of returns is recommended to ensure goods reach us.

As a consequence, you may cancel a transaction and we shall issue you with a refund of the purchased item and any shipping costs if you cancel, provided you have not damaged, worn, washed and/or altered items purchased via the Service and they are in their original packaging. In the specific instance where you haven’t damaged, worn, washed and/or altered items purchased via the Service and is in its original packaging, we will issue a refund within 14 days of you returning the product(s) to us, however, this is usually done much sooner.

 Wholesale Orders

Please note wholesale orders can be returned up to 30 days from the invoice date and are subject to a 20% handling charge.

Jurisdiction

The Parties expressly and irrevocably agree that this Cancellation and Returns Policy and the relationship of the Parties shall be governed by and construed solely in accordance with English law. In addition, the Parties expressly and irrevocably agree that any dispute, suit, action or proceedings, which may arise out of, or in connection with, this Cancellation and Returns Policy shall be submitted to the English courts.
