Will my fabric arrive on the roll or folded?

All fabrics are folded and sent out unless you are ordering a large quantity. If you require your order to be rolled, please specify this at checkout. However, please note we can not guarantee your fabric will be sent on the roll due to additional postage fees with couriers.

 

Do you offer a sample service?

Unfortunately we do not offer a sample service. However, we do offer free returns on all orders*.

 

Will my fabric be sent in one piece?

Yes, all fabrics are sent in one continuous length. If a large quantity has been ordered and we can not send your fabric in one piece, we will contact you prior to shipping your order.

 

Will my fabric arrive exactly as they appear in the photo?

We do our best to to ensure our photos match the actual colour of the fabric. However, due to lighting, monitor settings etc, the colour may be slightly different to what you receive.

 

Are your fabrics pre-shrunk?

Unless stated otherwise our fabrics have not been pre-shrunk.

 

Should I wash my fabric before using it?

Our suppliers recommend washing fabrics before use. Cotton fabrics tend to have a small percentage of shrinkage, please allow for this when ordering.

 

Can I order a full roll/bolt of fabric?

We do not hold onto large quantities of stock however we can order fabrics from our suppliers for you. Please contact us if you require a full roll or large quantity of fabric.

 

Does the print cover the full width of the fabric?

Fabric printers are usually able to print on 99% of the fabric. There is often 1-2cm on each selvedge where no printing occurs. Please allow for this when ordering.
