Can I check the status of my order?

If I place an order now, will the same fabrics be in stock a few months down the line?
While regular lines are kept in stock, certain product lines may be limited in quantity and so are only available whilst stocks last.
Can orders be placed over the phone?
Yes, orders can be placed online or by phone. Call us today on 0330 998 0222 and one of our customer advisors will be happy to assist you.
How long will it take for my product to be delivered?
The vast majority of orders ship within 2 working days of placing an order. Please refer to our Delivery page for details.
How accurate are the colours on the website?
The fabric colours on screen may vary from the actual product due to differences in light, computer monitor calibration, etc. If precise colour is particularly important, we recommend ordering a sample before placing an order.
Can samples be ordered?
Yes, samples are available for all of our fabrics. Please visit the Fabric Samples section for more details.
